Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. The pages stay rotated when you open the PDF anywhere.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Enter the pages, like 1, 3-4. Leave it blank to rotate them all.
Can I see the pages while rotating?
Yes: use Rearrange Pages to rotate pages one by one while seeing a preview of each.
